I would love to know more about this amazing lady. My mother’s father was a Puckett who married her mother a Liller York. Interestingly, my mother’s middle name is Pauline. We do not know much about my grandfather’s family…Pucketts. The Yorks had land in Pilot Mountain and my mother grew up there. People would come to see my grandmother for healing herbs etc and everyone called her Granny Puckett. It is also interesting my mother’s oldest sister married a gentleman with the last name Hawks. I am definitely going to make a trip to the cabin and Asheville. Do you sell pictures of your print? My guess is her name was pronounced by some family is Pauline. Thank you.
