I planned to spend the entire night photographing the Perseid Meteor Shower over Price Lake. But as usual for summer nights on the Blue Ridge Parkway, clouds move in out of nowhere. I was super lucky to get this shot in the 2-1/2 hours that I was able to shoot with out cloud cover.
